Standard

Free standard shipping from a purchase €119.00 * of
(applies to online orders only)
Excluded: Express shipping, bulky goods shipping, telephone orders, fax orders and e-mail orders
Express
€17.85 * per order | 1 - 2 days delivery time
Express orders placed by 2 p.m. are delivered via DHL Express by 2 p.m. the next day.
Excluded: Orders placed between Friday and Sunday or on a public holiday.
Express orders placed on Thursdays after 2 p.m. will not be delivered until Monday. There is no express delivery on Saturdays.
Cash on Delivery
€15.47 * per order | 3 - 6 days delivery time
Only possible for orders with a maximum value of €3,500.00 *. The amount must be paid in cash.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the order is ready for collection.

Bulky item shipping
Items that are especially large and/or heavy and that need to be shipped as bulky goods are especially labeled as such. Bulky goods are shipped via forwarding agent. The shipping costs need to be calculated individually. If you put an item to your cart that is labeled as bulky good, the following statement will appear:
“Dear customer, there are bulky (oversized) goods in your cart for which shipping costs can't be calculated automatically. You will see the note "on request"”.
Please note: If you order several items not marked as bulky goods, their total weight might still be more than 30 kg. In this case they need to be shipped as bulky goods as well.
Payment by cash on delivery is not accepted for bulky goods.
Custom regulations
Since Germany is an EU country, shipping is not liable to custom duties.

- The minimum order value is €11.90.
- If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the package in one parcel (unless arranged otherwise with you). Total delivery time will depend on the article with the longest delivery time.
